A Case of Epidermal Nevus Syndrome

Abstract
|
|
|
We report a case of epidermal nevus syndrome showing various skin manifestations in a 11-year0old girl. Skin lesions were composed of numerous verrucous or paillomatous linear papules and plaques on her face, neck, scalp and trunk, multiple
congenital
nevocellular nevi on face, and extensive cafe au lait spots on trunk. The associated findings of skeletal involvement were right gingival hemihypertrophy and benign bone lesion on 7th rib. CO2 laser and chemical piiling(BCA, 50% TCA) were applied
to
remove these lesions which improved considerably.
